Delivery & Returns
We do not pay for return shipping costs.
A FLAT RATE OF R100 will be taken from your order to cover the return courier cost for your exchange/return items.
A refund/ exchange will be issued once we have received and inspected the garment(s) and processed them.
REGISTER A RETURN:
Please make sure to fill out the return/exchange form, to allow us to process your refund/ exchange swiftly. Please contact us if you have any issues and we will resolve it right away.
Please take care when trying on your items as we do not accept returns with snags, tears, make up, tan marks or damage in line with our policy. All items must be returned to us undamaged, in their original packaging with all labels and safe tape fully intact.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to register a return.
If we receive an item that is not in its original condition we will not accept it and it will be returned to you at your own cost.
Customers are responsible for any duty, tax, and/or shipping costs associated with an exchange or refund. These costs are non-refundable unless your return is a result of house of play's error.
Items bought on sale or at a discounted price may be returned but the refund or exchange value will reflect the discounted price that the customer originally payed and not the current price of the item(s).
Final Sale Policy:
Items purchased during final clearance sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please double check your order before completing your purchase.
