Delivery & Returns

 A FLAT RATE OF R100 courier fee will be charged for the return/ exchange of any garment(s).  House Of Play will cover the courier cost for resending your exchanged garments. A refund/ exchange will be issued once we have received and inspected the garment(s) and processed them.

Please make sure to fill out the return/exchange form, to allow us to process your refund/ exchange swiftly. Please contact us if you have any issues and we will resolve it right away.

STRICTLY NO CASH REFUNDS : All refunds will be done in store credit to the value of the items refunded. 

Your House Of Play can be returned or exchanged if they are clean, unworn, and unwashed within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure all returned items are in their original condition with packaging and labels intact.
If we receive an item that is not in its original condition we will not accept it and it will be returned to you at your own cost.

 Customers are responsible for any duty, tax, and/or shipping costs associated with an exchange or refund. These costs are non-refundable unless your return is a result of house of play's error.

Items bought on sale or at a discounted price may be returned but the refund or exchange value will reflect the discounted price that the customer originally payed and not the current price of the item(s).
